For a recent photo shoot for 'International bnt', Seo Shin Ae proved to be a young adult by showing off her matured beauty and thought. She also spoke about growing up as a child actress, saying, "I'm always being compared and that makes me work harder because I don't like being compared."�

She continued, "I'm still not good enough in terms acting, and now I am at that awkward stage where I can't label myself as a child actress or an adult. I think the only thing I can do to overcome this tough phase is to work harder and perform even better."

Seo Shin Ae elaborated on her struggles, sharing, "A lot of people still think that I am very young. Two years ago, I heard people calling me an elementary student. At the time, I was so shocked that I wanted to get rid of my young image as soon as possible, but then I realized that I can't mature over night. I'l have to try roles that suit me, and show my new image at an�adequate�pace."
