On how he came to appear in 'Ddanddara', L.Joe coolly stated, "I audition. I think when you're just starting acting, you can't pick and choose your roles. So I wanted to be fitting for any role."
When asked about his primary career as an idol, L.Joe replied, "My initial dream was to become an actor, so I've always wanted to act. Because I was busy promoting with TEEN TOP and all things whether it be time and opportunity need to fall into place, it didn't work out. This time, 'Ddanddara' fell into place for me."
How did L.Joe end up being a member of TEEN TOP?
"I was attending an acting school when I got accepted for an audition to become a singer. To be honest, I started the trainee process just because I was curious. And when they said I would be debuting very soon, my curiosity grew. I thought that if I debuted, then I would become a celebrity from then on, but it wasn't like that. When I actually got into it, things became even more difficult after debut because you have to survive. While I worked hard with TEEN TOP, my dreams of acting remained only dreams. But from here on, I want to pursue my acting dreams further," the idol relayed.
