Man allegedly blackmailed and raped daughter's underage friend for two years

South Jeolla Province's Mokpo Police Station revealed on June 20 that they have apprehended 39-year-old Jung for suspicions of raping a middle school student. 

According to police, Jung is the manager of a welfare center bathhouse located in Sinan County. Jung is suspected of raping his daughter's friend, who was in her second year of middle school at the time, at a Mokpo hotel back in October of 2014. Following investigations, police found that Jung used his fists and other means of violence to subdue the girl when she tried to resist.

Further, it was revealed that Jung forced the girl to come to motels and other discreet locations for a span of two years so that he could force himself on her, and that he even filmed her naked in an attempt to blackmail her into silence. 

Jung's crimes finally came to light when the girl confessed everything to her father. 

Police are currently looking into whether there are more people victimized by Jung.
