Kim Hyun Joong's side files appeal after ex-girlfriend is cleared of all charges

Kim Hyun Joong's side has filed an appeal after his ex-girlfriend was found innocent of all charges on June 23.

After a series of court battles, Kim Hyun Joong's ex-girlfriend Ms. Choi was found innocent by the court on June 24. The singer and actor sued Ms. Choi in July of 2015 for of defamation of character, false accusation, fraud, extortion, and more shortly after she revealed to press she was physically abused by him as well as pregnant with his baby.

His agency KeyEast Entertainment has now officially filed an appeal. A rep stated, "We've filed an appeal against the ruling that she was cleared of all charges."
