During a live broadcast via the 'V' app on June 7, EXO's Lay recalled how his love for music compositions started.
Lay explained, "Henry installed music editing software for me on my computer. I totally fell in love when I first experimented with it. That was back in May 0f 2009. So now I'm steadily learning how to arrange music."
Lay revealed that he didn't hone his music composition skills all on his own and thanked everyone who helped him with, "Thanks to the people around me I was able to improve a lot. I really love [making] songs."

On EXO's fast-approaching comeback, Lay simply said, "It will be a good song and performance. It's really different this time. I think you can look forward to it. The nine of us worked really hard. I feel so exhausted."
