Actress Lee Si Young reported to have invested millions toward building in posh area

According to 'Woman Sense's July issue, Lee Si Young recently purchased a building for 2.3 billion KRW (~$2.01 million USD). 

The building is said to be a 96 meter tall (~0.06 miles) four-story building located in Seoul's Seongdong-gu, Seongsu-dong. Lee Si Young reportedly took on a 980 million KRW (~$857,059 USD) loan to purchase this piece of real property. 

Insiders speculate that Lee Si Young invested in the building because she noted the high possibility that it could be developed and renovated.

Apparently, Seongsu-dong is an area that is hot among celebrities. Popular entertainers such as Kim Woo Bin and B2ST's Doojoon live in the neighborhood and Kim Soo Hyun and Big Bang's G-Dragon are said to own buildings and reside there.
