NCT U talk about being the first subunit of NCT, debut, goals, and more in '@star1'

SM Entertainment's hot rookie group NCT U talk about their debut as NCT's first subunit in '@star1' magazine!

It's been a bit over a month since NCT U unveiled their mystery. Jaehyun talked on this topic and said, "It doesn't feel real yet, but I learned a lot over a month like what I should be working harder on, and how I should set my plans." Ten also commented, "We really did learn a lot over a month, and definitely felt the difference in before and after debut. What I imagined as a trainee, and the reality in front of the camera was different, so that gave us the chance to learn."

Next, the boys shared opinions on being NCT's first subunit. Jaehyun said, "It is overwhelming. Since we debuted first we want to work our best and set a good start. 

To the question, "Why were you guys the first to be selected to debut?" Ten answered, "Not because we are better but I think it's because of the concept. There are variety of styles in NCT, and I think people who fit this concept the best came out first."

Lastly, NCT U talked about the things they want to achieve following their debut. Taeyong said, "I want to communicate with my fans. During our fansign events I try to have eye contact with them, and so far, its really fun." Then Taeil said, "I want to appear on a variety show. I think it'll be fun to show on 'Running Man'. I also like 'Finding Sugar Man'.
