Actress Kim Sae Ron revealed how she feels taking on a historical drama for the first time during 'Witch Exemplar's press conference, held on May 11 at Seoul's Times Square.

In the drama, Kim Sae Ron takes on the role of a dual-character, playing both Yeon Hee and Seo Ri. She said, "Because Yeon Hee and Seo Ri are two different characters, I was really worried; I hope that the viewers will look favorably upon [my acting]. Rather than being worried about playing a role with dual characters, I was more concerned about the process of going from Yeon Hee to Seo Ri. It was really difficult at first. [In the drama], I have to go back after undoing the curse on my brother and father. I think it was hard to approach Seo Ri who endured everything on her own." 

Kim Sae Ron also talked about her co-star Yoon Si Yoon who is 14 years her senior, saying, "He looks really young and lives his lifestyle like a young person so I didn't feel the age gap between us at all. He really made me feel comfortable on set."
