The Kai Fan Union came crashing through with their big guns out against all the people who have been continuously spreading defaming, false rumors about the idol. 

From the notice on Kai Fan Union's official website, it seems fans are tired of sitting by and doing nothing while malicious rumors about Kai are being bruited.

The Union wrote,

"Hello.

Last week, the Kai Fan Union submitted the first formal indictment with a lawyer specializing in defamation serving as our legal representative. Thanks to the active participation of countless people, we were able to collect evidence of the defendants' misconduct, and based on the evidence gathered, we went through with pressing charges after several legal consultations. The first charges were against those who used websites, for which the IP or unique addresses were recorded and thus easy to track, to create posts that critically tainted [Kai's] character, and currently, we are awaiting the assignment from the investigator in charge of the case. 

The Kai Fan Union will not relent after our first charges, and we will continue to take uncompromising action against the dissemination of falsehood, attack against one's person, media play, etc. Our next charge will be against the posts created on social media channels, including Twitter, such as Daum and Naver cafes (blogs). 

This is the reason we need your continuous support. We kindly ask for monitoring and the gathering [of evidence]. It will be a long battle but we will do our best. Thank you."
