On April 28, South Korea's first ever children's rehabilitation hospital will hold its grand opening after a 7-year long project!
Fundraising for the Purme Nexon Children's Rehabilitation Hospital began back in 2010 with Jinusean's Sean being named as the project's promotion model in 2011. Since then, Sean and his wife Jung Hye Young have participated in numerous fundraising campaigns, including a triathlon, a cycling race, and over 20 more fundraising sporting events.
The couple have donated a total of 600,000,000 KRW (approximately $526,944 USD) toward the construction of the children's hospital. Various YG Entertainment artists and employees have also aided Sean and Jung Hye Young through donations, YG Family concerts, and more.
