Actor Joo Ji Hoon and Brown Eyed Girls' Ga In's agencies will be taking legal action against the netizens and media outlets that spread rumors about alleged explicit photos of the couple.
Joo Ji Hoon's label Keyeast Entertainment has come out to say, "The leak regarding his personal life is false. There's no truth to it. We're planning to take strong legal action against the original rumor starter and those who spread the rumor. We'll also be doing the same for the news media outlets that ran reports like it was the truth without confirmation."
Mystic Entertainment also expressed, "The rumors regarding Ga In are false, and we'll be taking legal action against the original rumor starter and the media outlet that first reported on it."
As previously reported, photos of a man and woman in an apparently sexual situation were posted on an online community, and rumors said they were Joo Ji Hoon and Ga In, who confirmed their relationship in May of 2014.
Some netizens commented that there's more than a passing resemblance, and there was also a rumor that the photos came from Joo Ji Hoon's phone. However, other netizens are now saying the media came from an adult entertainment website.
