She revealed that the secret to her hot bod is none other than hard training.�Hyunyoung shared more of her secret as she said, "Strength training is addictive. The more I do, the better I feel as my muscles tighten. Now I even feel uneasy if i do not exercise. To be honest, I do not favor cardiovascular exercises because I can't catch my breath, but I am overcoming it by switching strength training and cardiovascular back and forth."

Along with exercising, Hyunyoung claimed to be a fan of sports as she enjoys yoga and golf. She added, "I am now an expert of losing weight. For brunch, I have a banana, sweet potato, eggs, etc, then eat what I want to eat for lunch and eat little for dinner. When I crave high calorie food, such as pork belly, I wait and eat it as soon as I get up in the morning."
