In the film, Hoya plays the younger brother who dreams of becoming a singer and Ahn Bo Hyun plays the older brother who is a bit of a recluse and a hoodlum. The two, who live close to each other in real life, developed their offscreen friendship eating out and drinking together.�

In the interview portion of the photoshoot, Hoya said, "The director heard a lot about me so he made me the younger brother Jinho. Like Jinho, I've also failed auditions around 27 times and I also dropped out of school in a similar fashion," explaining the similarities he shares with his character in the movie.�
The idol also joked, "I'm wondering whether I should invite the INFINITE members to the film screening. When I'm acting out a serious scene in the movie, the members will surely poke fun."�
