After School's UEE revealed her thoughts on acting as a single mom in upcoming MBC drama 'Marriage Contract'.
The singer/actress will be taking on the role of Kang Hye Soo, a single mom who struggles to make a living with her young daughter despite the burden of her deceased husband's debt. Regarding her first time acting as a single mom, UEE revealed, "Becoming the mother of someone was the most awkward and worrisome part at first. So I asked for a lot of advice from Director Kim Jin Min."
She also expressed affection for her daughter and child actress Shin Lin Ah, saying, "I was worried because it was my first time acting with a child actress. I took extra care because she was a girl. We got to know each other better over time, and now we're inseparable. There was a scene where I had to cry and Eun Sung [Shin Lin Ah] came to wipe my tears for me, after which we became much closer. We keep in contact even when we're not filming."
Lastly, UEE asked for support for her new drama with "I'm doing my best toward a beautiful drama that will warm people's hearts, so please love and support us."
