The report stated that South Korea is planning on raising the loudspeakers along the border, a tactic that has been proven to gain the attention of the North Korean regime back in August.

A senior research student from Korea Institute for Defense Analyses in Seoul also backed up the tactic and commented that the propaganda broadcasts raise questions among North Koreans while "imbuing the minds of its people with the images of a free nation."

The speakers are currently set up at 11 different locations along the border and each broadcastings will last three to four hours several times a day at random times.

The defense ministry in Seoul revealed that these broadcastings will consist of K-Pop and recordings of casual conversations and discussions about the importance of human rights.
