It was belatedly revealed that actor Song Jae Rim visited Cambodia near the end of last year for some charity work, aiding a good cause that was sure to have spread holiday cheer! The actor, who is the spokesperson for non profit organization Plan Korea, had flown over to Cambodia for the organization's 'Dream Village' campaign's one year anniversary.

The campaign, suggested by the actor himself, is one that aims to "build a village where the dreams of kids all over the world will come true." It has been reported that the first village is currently under construction in Siem Reap, and that Song Jae Rim has flew over to help construct it a total of three times.

Through an interview Song Jae Rim relayed, "Through the 'Dream Village' campaign, there is much more that I felt and earned than what I gave. I hope that someone will feel the joy of the gift through me."
