Now that it's 2016, KARA's Seungyeon, Hara, and Gyuri's contract renewal with DSP Media is just around the corner.
Since maknae Youngji signed her contract later than the three older girls, she still will remain in DSP Media, but it's up in the air whether the other three will stay with KARA. If they leave for their own way, the group, even if it doesn't disband, will basically be in the same status as SS501 from the same label.

DSP Media currently has nothing to say about the matter since the girls still have time left in their contracts, and said that they're currently thinking about what would be the best course of action.
