Big Bang's T.O.P is swooning fangirls all over the world with his raspy yet soothing vocals in his latest OST MV "Hi Haruka." 


The 3-minute long video includes snippet of the upcoming web drama series, 'Secret Message,' featuring T.O.P and Ueno Juri.
