Kangnam's agency revealed that the M.I.B member lost 22 pounds (10kg) to prepare for his promotions for "Chocolate".
Jungle Entertainment said on September 11, "With his first music show stage ahead of him, Kangnam went on a strict diet, successfully losing 22 pounds in 3 weeks." As you can see in the photos above, Kangnam definitely slimmed down to promote "Chocolate", which features rapper San E. The healthy-looking idol now appears to be more trim.
Kangnam will begin music show promotions on September 12 through MBC's 'Show! Music Core', so stay tuned!
