Mnet revealed the videos of Mino and Black Nut in the semifinal round, which ultimately decides who progresses on to the finals.
For this critical performance, both rappers showcased a more serious side, with Mino rapping about the path he has walked to become a singer and Black Nut reminiscing about the hardships he faced in bygone days through a low-key, standing mic stage.
Mino and Black battled it out, and the the first round of votes revealed that Black Nut won by earning an amount of around 2,675,000 KRW vs. Mino's 1,875,000 KRW. However, the battle was far from over, as the second round of votes was tallied as well, resulting in Mino earning a total of 4,875,000 KRW while Black Nut earned a total of 4,400,000 KRW.
