1. Intro

From Grand Seiko to Audemars Piguet, collecting watches is a hobby of mine. My collection began just a few years ago and I have acquired some fine Swiss timepieces. Because of this, I pay more attention to what's on the wrist of people than most people. I collect more because of the watch speaking to me, whether it be aesthetically or the movement inside the watch more so than the price or flashiness of a watch. However, people buy different timepieces for different reasons. Some maybe gifts, some just buy watches for the love, others buy to impress, and there are those who purchase after reaching a certain milestone in their life. Regardless of the reason, the watch that you're wearing can tell a lot about a person.

Here's a list of some of the high end watches that your favorite K-pop stars are wearing.

2. G-Dragon - Gold Rolex Day Date Presidential & Rolex Air King Chrome Hearts

G-Dragon rocked the Rolex Air King Chrome Hearts edition (~$8,250) a few years ago but it appears he upgraded to a Yellow Gold Rolex Day Date Presidential (~$22,000).

3. Baekhyun - Rolex Submariner

Baekhyun didn't purchase the watch himself. But big fan Polar Light (some claim to be a single person while others argue it's more than one person) decided to make her/their gift extra memorable by purchasing Baekhyun a Rolex Submariner 116610 (~$8,500). You can never go wrong with the iconic Submariner.

4. Rain - Audemars Piguet Royal Oak

Rain has a lot of watches but the one that stands out the most is his Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 15202ST Jumbo (~$22,500). A masterful design by genius watch designer G�rald Genta, this watch is iconic and created the market for luxury stainless steel watches.

5. CL - Ladies Rolex President Datejust

The baddest female is rocking one of the baddest watches for females. A Ladies Rolex President Datejust 69178 with diamond bezel and dial markers (~$15,400).

6. Taeyang & T.O.P - Rolex Day Date Presidential

Two more Big Bang members on the list and it appears they love the Rolex Day Date Presidential. While Taeyang is rocking the stock Day Date Presidential (~$22,000) like G-Dragon, T.O.P. has his customized with diamonds. The iced out customized one price depends on how much the jeweler charges you but I would estimate it to be around ~$40,000.

7. CNBLUE's Minhyuk - Rolex Submariner LV

Nicknamed the Hulk for its green dial and bezel, this is a nice alternative to those who want a little color compared to the black on the normal Rolex Submariner. (~$8,500).

8. Tablo - Vintage Rolex Datejust

A watch that fits well with Tablo's personality. Classic two-tone Datejust, the quintessential Rolex to many, you can't go wrong with this vintage piece. (~$4,500).

9. Mithra Jin - Rolex Submariner

Tablo's fellow Epik High member Mithra Jin rocks the Rolex Submariner. He has a newer one with the updated Ceramic bezel, larger lugs, and glidelock feature. (~$8,500).

10. Jun.K - Rolex GMT Master II & IWC Portuguese

A little bit of flash with the gold Rolex GMT Master II (~$23,000) and when Jun.K wants to be understated, he rocks the classic IWC Portuguese (~$7,500).

11. Park Joon Hyung - Rolex Datejust and Seadweller

Park Joon Hyung seems to be a watch aficionado as he has several watches and follows various watch accounts on Instagram. Here, we see him rocking two Rolex pieces in the Datejust ($4,500) and Seadweller ($8,000).

12. Bobby - Gold Rolex Submariner

How can Bobby afford a Gold Rolex Submariner you ask (~$29,000)? Well, he doesn't have to as it was a very expensive gift from Epik High! Talk about great sunbaes.

13. Yang Hyun Suk - Richard Mille

With so many YG artists on the list, YG himself has to be on it as well. Here, we see him with Richard Mille, a French businessman who started his own watch company in 1999. Yang Hyun Suk owns several high end timepieces and he has pieces that range from ~$50,000 all the way up to a ~$500,000 Richard Mille RM038 tourbillon (Bubba Watson).

14. Dok2 - Rolex Day Date Presidential

Last but definitely not least is Dok2. He has several expensive Rolex Day Date Presidential watches (his rose gold one going for around ~$30,000) and he isn't shy to tell the whole world about it!

Some brands came as a surprise to me, I didn't even think that Richard Mille would be here. However, I do not understand why so many people are attached to the Rolex brand, when there are excellent options like Seiko Prospex Diver, which are very cool quality and much cheaper
