Your beloved comedian-idol ZE:A's Kwanghee revealed his startlingly low weight and why he decided to shed the pounds.
On the upcoming 'diet special' episode for KBS W's 'Beauty Bible 2015', Kwanghee admitted, "My weight now is 53 kg (approx. 117 pounds), but at one point I weighed 20 kg more than this (approx. 44 pounds more)."
He added, "When I was at my heaviest weight, while filming for a variety show I was so embarrassed when my clothes ripped." After that, he explained that he was so traumatized he exercised until daybreak even after a long schedule and dieted by only eating salads. With this strict regiment, he lost 10 kg (around 22 pounds) within a month.
Kwanghee's weight now seems to be on the low side for a grown man as SECRET's Hyosung said, "Kwanghee's current weight is the same weight I was when I had gained weight."
Model Kang Seung Hyun talked about the importance of taking care of one's body by saying, "When you become a certain weight, even losing 1 kg (2.2 pounds) makes you tired."
