Featuring his written thoughts, he directly addressed bystanders who elect to do nothing when confronted with instances of school violence. "If you watched a friend's pain and understood them, that means you can help them out," the signs read in a plea to not ignore school violence.�

As another method of reaching out for help from authority figures, Geul Bae Woo also tagged the Seoul Police Department in the post, asking them "Reply please, Seoul Police Department."

His efforts were not in vain, as the Seoul Police Department saw his message and responded back. "The Seoul Police Department is replying back to Geul Bae Woo," they posted on their on Facebook page.
