D.O has bad feelings about his first love?

During a meeting with the press for his movie 'Pure Love' this week, EXO's D.O talked about his first love, which is the topic of the film.  However, while most people say their hearts flutter and they can never forget their first love, he seemed to have less excited feelings about his own experience.  

He was asked what came to mind when he heard 'first love,' and he said, "When [I hear] 'first love,' rather than a bright, pink-pink heart, the [feelings of] gloominess and sadness is greater," raising eyebrows.

"When you're having your first love, the feelings are happy and nice, but once it's over, I think it's very sad," he continued.  "I don't think first love is a good memory."

It's a very interesting way to view it!  Most deem it a somewhat bittersweet and idealized memory, but of course it depends on the person.  Meanwhile, the movie will premiere early next year.
