INFINITE's Sunggyu recently held his showcase for his solo album '27' at Olympic Park, Olympic Hall Muse Live, Seoul, where the idol talked in detail about his album in addition to the live performance of his full album for the first time.�

On May 11, Sunggyu told his fans that he got rid of his old look and said, "Originally, I would draw intense eyeliners for MVs and photos, but I wanted to reveal my real self, without any exaggerated looks."�The MC for the showcase, who was reported to be veteran singer Yoon Sang, added, "Erasing his trademark eyeliner, he wanted to show an honest side of himself."�

Sunggyu then continued, "I have turned 27. My birthday just passed. Kim Jong Wan (Nell) was the one to take on the producing for this album, and while he was helping me with the album, we talked and finally decided on the title. He wanted me to show the real me along with my music."

In addition to talking about the title for the album, Sunggyu also revealed that he is proud of his MV as well as his acting. The idol went on to selflessly promote himself while he said, "I wanted to appear in the MV for the first album, but L was the lead character. I wanted to act too so I was a bit disappointed. For this album, I am the main character in both the title track MVs.�In 'Kontrol,' I acted alongside a beautiful female lead. I was personally surprised by my acting. I was very pleased."�

Meanwhile, Sunggyu made a solo comeback with '2,' after three years since his first solo album, while the official MVs for "Kontrol" and "Only You"�released just this weekend.
