Actress Kim So Yeon�was recently involved in a lawsuit due to her close relationship with an alleged boyfriend, "A", the CEO of an e-cigarette manufacturing�company.�

According to the initial reports, the accusers sued A after being swindled into making an investment into the company after hearing that the product was patented. Later, they found out that the product was imported from China.�

The accuser also sued Kim So Yeon, claiming that she was involved in convincing the accuser into making the investment and stated that the actress was involved in online indirect marketing.

However,�Namoo Actors�made an official statement in dispute of the reports and stated that the named boyfriend was a school friend from long ago that she only recently started meeting up with again. They had interest in one another, but were not dating.�

Since the initial report, Namoo Actors released an official statement, disputing all claims that the accuser made. They wrote, "We would like to state that the information in the lawsuit from the accuser is false. In contrast to the accuser's statement, Kim So Yeon did not promote or have any monetary transactions with the company 'Puff Bar.'"

The official statement stated,�

This is Namoo Actors' official statement on the lawsuit regarding actress Kim So Yeon.

We want to clearly state that the Plaintiff's accusations are false. Unlike the Plaintiff's accusations, Kim So Yeon had no promotions or financial matters with the company 'Puff Bar'.

Kim So Yeon has absolutely on relationships to the Plaintiffs that she couldn't even predict why they were suing her. The only time she had contact with them was giving the Plaintiff's older sister an autograph through CEO 'A' of Puff Bar to congratulate her on her opening a nail shop, and a 10-second call she had with the Plaintiff when he said he wanted to hear her voice because he was a fan.

These are just favors she gave as a celebrity who was getting requests. She did nothing that requires her to have legal or moral obligations to the Plaintiffs or anyone else.

This lawsuit is an act by the Plaintiffs to use her status as a famous celebrity to make their side more well known. We will not stay quiet in response to this, and we will take a strong legal stance including a case for libel.

Also, after we checked, we found that CEO 'A' of Puff Bar and Kim So Yeon were friends from school, and met last year again by chance. They were getting to know each other with interest and are friends, but they had no business relations.

Kim So Yeon has already complied diligently to police investigations. The reason why she did not respond to the 2nd investigation is that she has no acquaintances with the Plaintiff and was worried about a 2nd damage.

Kim So Yeon and our company is very worried about the Plaintiff's one side being spread, and untrue news spreading. We ask to hold back on exaggerating inferences on one side and making guesses.
