Hoya's fans donated 2 million KRW (~1,800 USD) to support children with hearing disabilities!
Since Hoya's birthday is on the 28th, his fanclub 'Hear, Ho' gathered donations to donate under Hoya's name to 'Soree 119.' The fanclub donated last year as well, and the money will be used for speech therapy sessions for children with hearing disabilities.
The fanclub said, "We're really happy to be able to donate under Hoya's name on Hoya's birthday. We hope it'll give some strength to children with hearing disabilities and that they can get speech therapy."
'Soree 119' said, "We're touched by the mature fan culture of sharing on the celebrity's birthday this year as well as last year. We'll use the donation well for speech therapy."
