Jang Young Ran said, "After marriage, I didn't take off my makeup at home for three years, so I can look good in front of my husband. I had over ten eyeliners at home. My husband thought that the eyeliner was a part of my eyes."

She continued, "My eye sight was getting worse because of the residue of the makeup. I thought that I wouldn't be able to see my husband's face if I kept this up. After I've said it a couple times on air, my husband told me that it was okay and that I should erase my eyeliner. When my husband saw me after I took off my eyeliner, he told me that I was still pretty. Even then I got an eyeliner tattoo to keep my pride."
Meanwhile, Jang Young Ran was known for her garish concept before getting swept off her feet by her Oriental doctor husband and got her fairy-tale ending as the lovely couple got married in September of 2009.
