His identity has not been fully disclosed but this producer/singer is being called Mr. Lim (age 36) by the media. According to sources in the legal system, Mr. Lim and a famous singer friend met up at a restaurant owned by an acquaintance. There, they started drinking with a 19 year old female employee, 'A', and afterwards, Mr. Lim and 'A' left to drink some more together. Mr. Lim then led the drunk 'A' to a motel and sexually assaulted her.
After realizing what happened, 'A' reported Mr. Lim and trials began. According to channel A's exclusive report, Mr. Lim has been sentenced to 3 years in prison as the court found him guilty of sexual assault and taking advantage of a young drunk girl.
Channel A reports that right after his sentencing was finalized, Mr. Lim had posted on his SNS account, "My health has been deteriorating so I will be taking a temporary rest period. It's not to the point that you should worry. After taking a break, I will return to you with a healthier image and better music. ^^" It appears that Mr. Lim had posted this message so that his followers would not question where he is.
