Lee Da Hae revealed to have purchased a building worth $3 million USD

Lee Da Hae was belatedly revealed to have purchased a building under her and her mother's name. �According to an exclusive by Sports Seoul, the actress purchased a building back on January 6 with her mother located in the vicinity of the Gangnam-gu Office Station. �The building was reported to have a land size of 72.27 pyong (~ 2,600 sq. ft.), gross floor area of 47.23 pyong (~ 1,700 sq. ft.), and two floors. �Currently, the first floor of the building is being used as an eatery while the second floor is being used as offices. �

It has a building area of 27 pyong (~ 960 sq. ft.) with approximately 8 million KRW (~ $7,000 USD) as the rental fee. �An expert said that the building was near subway line no. 7 and the Gangnam-gu Office Station; in addition, as it was constructed a long time ago, there is a high possibility for renovating it, which could add one underground level and two aboveground floors. �

Her agency FNC Entertainment�confirmed the reports on January 20, saying, "We are aware that Lee Da Hae purchased a building in Nonhyun-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul recently. �We think she purchased the building for shared ownership with her mother."
