On the December 10 airing of 'Radio Star,' Kyuhyun revealed that he opened up a residence guest house for visiting tourists in Myeondong, receiving a bit of envy from the MCs and M.I.B's Kangnam.�

MC Kim Gu Ra started to say, "Kangnam has a lot of interest in real estate. So you went to Kyuhyun's guest house..." to which Kangnam responded with a big gasp, "It was huge!"�

Kyuhyun then said, "I opened up a guest house in Myeongdong. It's a time where we are booming with tourists." He asked Kangnam, "When did you visit?"�

Kangnam added excitedly, "I went there last month because of filming. It was a program where I went to go look for senior Kyuhyun. Without alerting [Kyuhyun]. I went to go see Kyuhyun's parents." Kyuhyun answered, "My parents and my sister are at the guest house. The house has about 60 rooms."

Kangnam then started to clap in respect for his idol senior and added, "It even has a garden, coffee house, and you can sing there, too (karaoke room). It's really the best, it's my dream."�

However, Kim Gu Ra revealed that Kyuhyun had invested all the money that he had saved up from promoting as a celebrity for ten years, plus bank advances for the guest house, making Kyuhyun feel slightly embarrassed.
