SPICA's Juhyun has decided to promote under the name Sihyun.
B2M Entertainmentannounced on October 16 that the singer has officially changed her name. The label said, "Juhyun has been called Sihyun since her childhood days. Her parents originally planned for a son, so they thought of the name 'Juhyun' in advance and registered the name when she was born. She wants to promote under her real name, so she changed it."
Her agency added, "She's been promoting as Park Juhyun for three years now, so seeing her use a new name will take some getting used to. She promises to continue working hard, so please give her lots of support."
Sihyun herself also tweeted the meaning behind her name as "right and bright."
