Although there had been speculations thatLadies' Code'sRiSe, Sojung, and EunBhad been ejected from the car because they hadn't been wearing seatbelts, the fire department revealed that all three had still been in the car when they arrived at the scene of the accident.
KBS 2TV's 'Entertainment Relay' reported on the girls' accident, and they interviewed the fire department that had been dispatched on site. They said, "About 3-4 women [Ashley, Zuny, and staff]were standing outside, and there were three women unconscious in the car [Sojung, EunB, RiSe]. All three had no consciousness. [In the case of RiSe], she was bleeding from her head, and had injuries on her face. We couldn't detect her breath or pulse, so we did CPR right away."

The show also interviewed the police on whether if the back wheel being detached from the car was really the cause of the accident. The police responded, "We have to send [the car] to the NISI for a detailed examination to see if that really was the case."
