Kwon Sang Woo purchases building in Gangnam worth 5.8 billion KRW (~$5.6 million)

The building has 4 floors and is reportedly worth 5.8 billion KRW (~5.6 million USD). The actor's 1st building 'Rookie 1129' was named after his son and his mom's birthday and this recently purchased 2nd building 'Rookie 819' is named after his son and wife Son Tae Young's birthday.

His reps confirmed, "It is true that [Kwon Sang Woo] purchased the building. The building was named after his wife, Son Tae Young... Nothing has been decided concerning the intended use."

Another rep also told MyDaily on the 23rd, "Kwon Sang Woo's contract with his former agency Bel Actors Entertainment has expired. He previously established Soo Company and is now independently active under it... Since there is already a building we're renting, I don't think the [new building] will be used as an agency office... Kwon Sang Woo is currently resting after wrapping up 'Temptation' and reviewing [casting offers for] following productions."
