A man stabs his younger brother for often failing to visit home during the holidays

Mr. Seo (44) stabbed his younger brother (41) after an argument gone wrong regarding a family issue during Chuseok.

During their altercation about his brother's poor attendance in family events and holidays such as Chuseok due to his career, Mr. Seo told his brother to "do [his] duties as a child." The argument escalated from just a simple verbal argument to a physical one when Mr. Seo stabbed his brother in the thigh with a weapon. Seeing this, other family members called the police, who came and arrested Mr. Seo for committing an act of violence. 

According to the police, "The younger brother didn't want his brother getting punished, and after considering Mr. Seo's bad health, we investigated him without physical detention and then sent him home."
