KARA's Seungyeon rumored to have spent 4.55 billion KRW on a building in Cheongdamdong

A real estate agency had revealed that Seungyeon had received a loan of 2.7 billion KRW (approximately $2.6 million USD) to purchase a building with 4 floors and a basement floor in Seoul's Cheongdamdong. The building has a pharmacy, a real estate agency office, and a restaurant on the first floor. The second floor of the building features a taekwondo school. As the building is located in a trendy part of the Gangnam district, it's reported to have a pretty high profit rate from rental income.

Her label DSP Media said, "We haven't confirmed anything on reports saying Seungyeon bought a building in Cheongdamdong. That's the artist's personal life, so the label doesn't know anything about it."
