T-ara's Hyomin taught fans how to achieve a "Nice Body" with dance as she goes over the moves from her solo track with her tutorial for 1theK's 'Let's Dance'!

Hyomin demonstrated the 'Apple Hip Dance', 'S-Line Dance', and 'Tapeline Dance' which helps to bring about both a slimmer physique while looking sexy at the same time! She also used her stage props including a bar and measuring tape to give the choreography a sexy upgrade.
