Kim Seul Gi to act in upcoming tvN drama 'The Mermaid'

Comedian and actress Kim Seul Gi has been cast in the�tvN drama 'The Mermaid'! The drama will look at the youths of this generation as well as their hardships, pains, and hope through the eyes of a mermaid. �

According to Kim Seul Gi's agency, Producer Baek Seung Ryong, who is in charge of directing the drama, thought of Kim Seul Gi from the very beginning stages of planning and created a character outline for her.

The actress said, "I always feel both expectant and nervous when going out as a new character in a production, but I will do my best to show acting that will receive more love than the 'Nation's cursing younger sister' character," which is an image she garnered as a comedian. �
