Girls' Generation showed their professionalism in one of their latest behind-the-scenes video from the 'Mr.Mr' photo shoot.  


When the cameras were off, the girls showed their usual quirky personalities and lovable, good-humored smiles.  However, when the cameras turned on, they immediately returned to being charismatic personas as they gazed into the camera and tried different poses.
