The '3rd Gaon Chart K-POP Awards' brings together and recognizes the artists, songs, and other representatives in the K-pop scene that received the most love in the past year of 2013. Award finalists are based on the previous year's Gaon year-end chart performance according to data for sales of songs and albums.
