Clara shows off the sexy pole and stocking dances that are grabbing attention

Clara has been wowing people with her impressive pole dancing skills in her recent commercial, so SBS's 'One Night of TV Entertainment' went to her to get some private lessons. �In addition, she showed the stocking dance she also did in a commercial in which she grabs a pair of stockings by both ends and just freely moves her hips and does some waves.

In relation to pole dancing, she said, "I did this for a CF filming and for a whole day, the expert teacher taught me each and every movement." �As for the stocking dance, she said, "As you pull on the stockings, I realized you keep putting in strength. �I think this greatly helps your waistline. �When I exercise, I view the waist line as the most important part."

She energetically motivated the viewers, saying that if they got bored or tired of normal exercises, they should have fun by going with the rhythm; they will eventually get a pretty body that way.
