AOA's Seolhyun revealed to have auditioned for new movie 'Gangnam Blues' + to halt her activities for the time being

A FNC Entertainment rep told TV Report on February 25, "Although it is true that [Seolhyun] auditioned for 'Gangnam Blues', her casting is not confirmed yet... This audition might be a good opportunity for Seolhyun, but we were placed in a sticky situation with the report of something that is not confirmed yet."

"Seolhyun is currently receiving rehabilitative treatment due to her reoccurring leg injury. She will halt all of her activities for the time being and focus on her recovery."

'Gangnam Blues' is an action noir film that takes place in Seoul's Gangnam district in the 1970s. The story revolves around political authorities and dark societal forces conspiring during a time when Gangnam was beginning to develop.

Lee Min Ho and more will begin filming in March, and 'Gangnam Blues' is slated to hit theaters in late 2014.

Let's hope Seolhyun makes a full recovery soon, so that she can take on her budding singing and acting career!
