The idol star, who's known for his bad boy demeanor, put on the adorable face above just for his fans. He also handwrote and shared a message on WINNER's official LINE: "Thank you so much for congratulating Seung Yoon on his 21st birthday~^^. Considering how much you've congratulated me, I'll become an amazing artist!! Thank you <3 I love you <3."
