Lee Min Ho will become the first Korean celebrity to appear on China's CCTV's 'Spring Festival Gala'

Lee Min Ho will be the first Korean celebrity to appear on CCTV's 'Spring Festival Gala'!


His label said, "Lee Min Ho will appear on the show and sing the 'Boys Over Flowers' theme song 'A Last Resort' in Korean. It's the first time a Korean is appearing on the show, as a singer or an actor."

It's also the first time that Korean is being broadcast on China's CCTV. CCTV's 'Spring Festival Gala' is the highest-rated show for the Spring Festival. Its airing in 2012 holds the Guinness record for the highest TV rating ever. Over 70% of China's viewers watch the show.
