Why is Chanyeol crying in the third preview for 'EXO's Showtime'?

On December 6, SM Entertainment uploaded the third preview for EXO's reality program 'EXO's Showtime.'


Although the video initially starts off upbeat and happy, it suddenly cuts to a lonesome Chanyeol who appears upset about something and even seems to start crying by the end of the video.  Unsurprisingly, many fans are alarmed at this sudden turn of events. What could possibly be wrong?

Many people are speculating that this may have something to do with a hidden camera surprise for Chanyeol's birthday.  Stay tuned to find out as the episode airs on December 12!
