B2ST's Hyunseung competed solo for the first time on the December 14 installment of 'Immortal Song 2'.
Hyunseung covered Twin Folio's "Wedding Cake", transforming the folk song into a slow jam. Though he looked nervous on stage, Hyunseung took control once the music started playing.
Kim Ki Duk commented, "It made me realize how much a song could change depending on which generation sang it. It was a progressive performance."
Hyunseung didn't manage to take the final win, however, as Kim Ba Da won first this episode.
