The producers of MBC's 'Idol Star Athletics Championships' have apologized for making an incorrect report about the 100m men's race records.
For the 2013 event, it was announced that BTOB's Minhyuk set a new record at 12.4 seconds, but it turns out that 2AM's Jo Kwon is the true record-holder. A rep announced on the 20th, "Due to the producers' error, Jo Kwon's record was omitted. We apologize for the confusion."
After it was reported on the show that Minhyuk was the top runner in the 100m event so far, viewers figured out Jo Kwon had set a record at 12.10 seconds during the 2010 Chuseok special.
