Wheesung, who was under suspicion of alleged propofol abuse during vacation days from the army, has been cleared of his charges by the prosecution.
The legal office handling Wheesung's case stated, "The military prosecution have decided to drop the charges concerning Wheesung's propofol usage."
Wheesung's reps further added, "Wheesung was not illegally administered propofol but was given propofol for its original purpose as anesthesia by the doctors."
Having been cleared, the singer will be discharged on August 6.
