'Knee Drop Guru' was forced to air a re-run last week following a plagiarism controversy surrounding their guest, celebrity instructor Kim Mi Kyung, leading to a plummet in viewer ratings. Now it has been revealed that viewers will not be able to watch part two of the 'Kim Mi Kyung special' as another episode featuring violist Richard Youngjae O'Neill will air this week.
A representative revealed, "Today's broadcast will air the Richard O'Niel special. The 'Kim Mi Kyung' special will not be seen on broadcast. Although the broadcast material has been ready to air already, the situation makes it impossible to air the rest of the Kim Mi Kyung special so it will not be aired in the future either."
Kim Mi Kyung has denied the accusations of purposely plagiarizing a portion of her paper. However, with the controversy surrounding her, she has left her own show, 'Kim Mi Kyung Show'.
Following her controversy, other celebrities have also faced accusations for plagiarism including actress Kim Hye Soo and comedian Kim Mi Hwa.
