Boyfriend was�forced to stop their 'Free Hug Event'
On the 18th, Boyfriend planned to have a Free Hug Event in Myungdong. However, more than 1,000 fans showed up as soon as the event started, and the boys were forced to relocate. However, just as many fans showed up at the changed location, and the event was forced to a stop due for safety reasons.
Starship Entertainment explained, "We planned the event because Boyfriend wanted to give back to the fans who always give them strength. However, more people than we expected showed up. We're disappointed that we had to cancel the event for the fans' safety. Next time, we'll come back with something better."
Boyfriend is currently promoting "Janus", which gained the #1 spot on the Hanteo Charts.
